Understanding the Power of Leverage!

I do not know about you, but I am a huge fan of leveraging someone else’s time and skills to my advantage. Most people do this every day, whether they are aware of it or not. For example, do you repair your own car, or would you prefer to pay a mechanic, who has the training, the tools, and doesn’t mind getting grease on their hands every day to that job for you?

If you get sick, do you spend 6 years or more putting yourself through university to study medicine to diagnose your own condition? Or do you just pay your local GP their normal rates to provide you with their expert opinion? I would much rather outsource a range of jobs from cooking, cleaning, ironing, mowing the lawn, etc to someone else who can either do it better, cheaper or quicker than I can do it myself.

We are all different, but what we have found over many years, coaching and mentoring thousands of people to investment success is that at the end of the day, most people just want the result, and the sooner, and with the least amount of stress, the better.

However do you personally know the best developers in any area, do you get access to off-market transactions because you put through hundreds of deals every year, and do you know how to successfully negotiate the best terms on a range of different property investment strategies? The answer is probably not, and really that is where we come in?
